We use regional ingredients in our dishes, such as eggs from the Hasenberghof, coffee roasted in Augsburg, local beer, and products from local suppliers. This allows us to protect the environment while supporting local businesses.

We serve whatever nature has to offer at the moment. Seasonal produce, such as fruits and vegetables, is transformed into delicious dishes. This reduces long-distance transportation costs and helps protect the environment.
